Joanna
Treatment Coordinator
As your Treatment Coordinator, Joanna is responsible for making sure your initial visit is a positive and educational experience. She looks forward to answering your questions about your treatment and ensuring your entry into our orthodontic family is smooth and comfortable.
Joanna joined the Hong Orthodontics team in October of 2017 and began working in the dental field in 2009.
Kelsey
Scheduling Coordinator
Kelsie graduated from Seattle PIMA Medical Institute in 2011 for Medical Assisting. She found her niche in the front office shortly after and has loved it ever since. She enjoys the patient interaction in the front office and is having a blast building personal relationships with all of Dr. Hong’s patients!
She loves spending her free time with her husband James and their two boys Anthony and Nolan. Their favorite family activities are camping at the river in their trailer and the occasional “lazy day” watching Marvel movies.
Eli
Patient Coordinator, RDA
Eli is our Patient Coordinator and Registered Dental Assistant. She enjoys building rapport with our patients and families in both our front and back office. She educates our patients good oral hygiene, assists Dr Hong, schedules appointments and helps improve the overall work flow in the office.
Eli is the proud parent of two college students, Angel and Clara, who are attending UC Merced. She enjoys visiting them during their school year and explore the town. During her time off, she enjoys cooking new vegetarian recipes with her fiancé, Juan, traveling with her family and discovering new restaurants. She is a volunteer at St Joseph Church. She is blessed to have a loving family and an amazing work team.
Joon
Financial Coordinator
Before joining Dr. Hong’s office as a financial coordinator in 2008, Joon worked in the pharmacy field for several years in Illinois. She helps patients with appointments and verifying their insurance benefits and patient’s account. She enjoys working with friendly and knowledgeable staff members like Dr. Hong and all his assistants. She especially excited to see satisfied patients with their big, confident smiles. Joon and her husband, Joe, have three boys: Andrew, Mark, Daniel and Jojo, a 10 year old terrier at home. She enjoys baking, watching old classic movies, hiking and traveling in her free time and loves warm California weather.
Jane
Patient Coordinator
Jane has been working in the dental industry as an assistant for over twenty years. She’s currently been working with Dr Hong for over four years. Jane is married and has a 12 year old daughter. She owns many pets such as a chihuahua, a snapping turtle, and a lot of fish.During her free time, Jane spends time with her family and with her good friends. She likes to travel and her goal is to visit a state each year.
Sharon
Patient Coordinator
Sharon is a back office assistant for Dr. Hong. She is responsible for giving patients a great experience throughout their treatment time in our office. Although she has been in the orthodontic field, Sharon has just recently joined Dr. Hong’s team. She enjoys interacting with patients every step of the way of their treatment. In her free time, she enjoys adventuring her new surroundings in CA as well as spending quality time with her precious cat Kiko. She is a Arizona native and a huge sports fanatic (especially football)!
Jaime
Patient Coordinator, RDA
Jaime has over 20 years of orthodontic chairside experience. His daily goal is seeing patients with beautiful smiles. When he is not working, Jaime likes to hang out with family and loves traveling with his wife and my daughter.
Jenny Pham
Patient Coordinator, RDA/OAP
As an orthodontic assistant, I’m always providing respectful, skillful and compassionate Care. The best part of it are helping create beautiful smiles and developing trusting relationships with patients.
Outside the office, I enjoy biking, hiking, walking on beach and traveling with my beloved husband Vincent and our kiddos Jayden and Alan.
